Aquatic Consultancy Service takeas the management and use of personal data seriously.  Your name, either address or email are held on Aquatic Consultancy Service System in order to furnish you with the completed fish health documentation or details of aquatic surveys.  Personal information relating to fish health reports will not be passed to the Envirnment agency due to the absence of a privacy statement from this organization.

Because of the frequent necessity of repeat work, measures are in place to protect your information and keep it secure.  Your data protection rights are respected and aim to give you control over your information and will be deledted on request.

Any breach of data will be referred to the Information Commission
