Consultant refers to Aquatic Consultancy Service, 9 Charlton

Client refers to person or organization requesting Aquatic
Consultancy services

Services refers to consultancy requested by Client

Application

Terms and conditions are valid for services provided by Aquatic Consultancy to the Client

Pricing

Pricing and time of delivery mentioned are not binding on Aquatic Consultancy but everyeffort will be made to fulfill given estimates

Payment

Invoices shall be paid to Aquatic Consultancy on receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of late payment, Aquatic Consultancy may charge interest on the outstanding sum equal to 2.5% of the outstanding amount if the invoice remains unpaid 30 days after the due date.

If the invoice is subject to dispute, the Client shall contact Aquatic Consultancy,
giving details of grounds for dispute within seven days of completion of work

Aquatic Consultancy reserves the right to increase a quoted fee where the Client requests variation to agreed work

Delivery

Delivery will be considered to have taken place when pertinent documents or reports are delivered by post or handed to the Client. Aquatic Consultancy reserves the right to charge the Client for expenses e.g. guaranteed next day delivery, courier services - other than standard postal charges.

Electronic delivery of documents is at the Clients risk Aquatic Consultancy accepts no responsibility for system faults resulting in failure of electronic delivery.

Aquatic Consultancy reserves the right to substitute conventional delivery methods instead of electronic delivery without notice or penalty

Cancellation

In view of the nature of the services offered by Aquatic Consultancy a minimum period of 24hours notice of cancellation must be given. 
Failure to notify of cancellation by the Client may result in charges
being levied.

Confidentiality

All matters between the Client and Aquatic Consultancy are considered confidential. Disclosure to a third party will only be
undertaken at the written request of the Client
